This 1978 American Clipper Class C motor home is a FIXER. It's set up in private driveway in Morro Bay, CA. Buy the motor home from me for $3000 OBO and have the opportunity to rent the spot from the landlord with this motor home for $300 a month (month to month) and be within walking distance to the beach and to town.
