I have a 2005 HR Endeavor that has two furnaces, one under the refridge and one under kitchen sink/counter. AC's etc are controlled by a duo-therm Confort Control Center with 2 zones. Zone 1 is living room zone 2 is bedroom. The mode button on zone 2 will go from fan only to cool, to heat pump then to Furnace. Zone 1 goes thru all modes but will NOT show furnace. I have reset the control, reset the furnace switch and checked fuses etc. I don't know why I cannot get heat in living area and don't know what else to try. Do you have any suggestions or ideas??
Thanks for your help.

Has anyone worked on air conditioners recently or before furnace quit working? If the climate control does not show furnace as a choice then it is not recognizing that you have 2 furnaces installed. There is circuit board on each air conditioner that rquires configuration so the climate control will know what appliances and how many are installed. If someone has done some air conditioner repair it may not have been configured properly. If that is not the case then it has possibly lost communication somewhere. A phone cable connects both air conditioners and the climate control. It is possible that a connector is not making a good connection or you are experiencing a wiring problem. It may sound strange but try your furnace with all flourescent lights turned off because sometimes they will cause an interference to this system even if they appear to be working properly.
