Most of the "owner manuals" will be manuals for individual appliance and systems rather than one big Rexhall manual. You can download most appliance manuals (fridge, stove, a/c, furnace, etc) from the appliance manufacturer website or other locations.
I don't know if Rexhal had a manual for their unique features or not. Some RV manufactueres produced them and some did not. Might cover things like dashboard layout and such.
