Thinking about a new RV, don't consider Open Range as one of them. OH MY GOD! they have a product that is unbelievable in looks and stats. Problems with this manufacturer starts day of delivery. Especially dealing with the Warranty issue. After doing detailed research on RV's this one company is a joke. The three stooges in Warranty Department, Ron Howard, Scott Harris and Dave Holland are LIARS! They don't want to take responsibility for their stupidity. Sorry Mr Graber, your product stinks...

Can you be more specific on the type of problems you've had?

Sorry to hear about the bad experience with the OR. I picked up my 416 RLS a month ago and it has been a delight.

The difference may be your dealership. My 5er arrived on a Thursday but the dealer would not let me take delivery until Wednesday of the following week (they wanted to make sure everything was up to snuff). I've had two minor issues with the central air unit that were not found until my wife and I had taken the OR on 'break-in' trips. Both were immediately addressed on my returen by the dealer. Come to think of it, my dealer called me while I was out camping to make sure they repairs they made were working and that no new issues had surfaced.

Can't imagine ever needing to call the manufacturer on an issue as my dealership honors the warranty.

Happy Trails!
