When your awning starts to not want to retract when you push the button what could be the cause of that? It started being slow to retract a couple times.... Now we cannot get it to extend at all. I can here a click noise when I press the button but thats it. Where is the make and model of the auto awnings? We bought this motorhome from someone else.

Low voltage would be the first item to check if the awning was slow to retract. This should be checked with a volt meter while trying to operate the awning. I would suspect low voltage during operation. This low voltage problem would increase amperage draw and probably blew a fuse in the awning control box. This box is mounted in different locations by the RV manufacturer. Normaly in an interior overhead cabinet or outside storage compartment. This control box will have a fuse.
