Hi Steve,
I have a 2011 Berkshire. I just got it about three weeks ago. Everything is great except the auto sun shade (windshield) will not go down. It will go up, but not down. I know that the auto night shade (solid shade) will only go down when the engine is off. I tried several different things, but the sun shade won't go down. I was told that there might be a reset button for this. If not, is there some type of safety feature that will not allow the shade to come down? Can you help me with this?
