Is there an easy way to wire something that would let the driver of a Class C motor home turn off the refrigerator (Propane) when going into a gas station, to eliminate the chance of a fire) and then turn it back on after leaving the gas station? As it is now, we have to go to the back of the motor home to do this. Basically, I'm looking for a remote on-off switch for the refrigerator.

Thanks.

Tom

I am not aware of a remote for the regrigerator. It does require turning off the refrigerator before entering the fueling station. In most cases refueling is being done at larger gas stations or truck stops. In this case there should be an area to safely stop to turn refrigerator off before pulling to pumps and turning refrigerator on after fueling and pulling away from pumps.
