What is the best lube touse on the gears and teeth of the metal parts for the slideouts and jack stabilizers?

The most important thing is to keep the gears clean. If you lubricate, which is not required, use a light lubrication such as a silicone spray or CRC lubricant. Never use a grease for lubrication on the gears.
