MH is Motorhome, TT is Travl Trailer, 5er is a fifthe wheel, TC is a truck camper also known as a slide-in.
LOA Lots of Abbreviations. Just ask.
Oh, a toad, or a towed, is the car that is 'towed' behind a MH Motorhome.

Bill Whetstone- You must be fairlt new to RV ing, because only a newbie uses the word toad to mean anything other than an amphibious reptile....
The vehicle being towed behind a motorhome is called a DINGHY !!

Missed this when it first was replied to. Funny, yup newbie, only been around since 1972. There are a liot of terms that tend to be regional, or personal taste. Where I am from a dinghy is only used behind a boat. Had a number of boats and dinghies.
I was originally thrown off by the term TV when I saw it in use, I knew it wasn't a television, it turned out it is used as 'Towing Vehicle'. The truckl pulling the trailer. I always just called that the truck.
One of the interesting things about the internet and forums is learning all the different terms, and 'dialects' of RVers from around the country and around the world. For instance, a caravan in the UK.
