Dear Steve,
I am an ambassadore for Lazy Days and have a question for you on Steering Stabilizers. I have a 2004 Tiffen Allegro Bay that I just love. It does however feel a little soft in the steering and I feel like a stabilizer would be very helpful to keep my driving line true and help with wind sheer and trucks blowing past me and wondering. Can you advise me on your thoughts and if you have any preferences for type style and manufacturer of stabilizer for my coach.
I look forward to your response.

A steering stabilizer is something that should be used to enhance steering and never to correct a steering problem. There are several types and prices of steering stabilizers. The most expensive are types that can be adjusted from the driver's seat. This will allow adjustment for win and crown of the road conditions. A spring or shock absorber type is set at installation to return the steering wheel to a center position. With a strong cross wind you will not want a center position. This is where the more expensive type will have an advantage.
