How difficult is it to install a new topper?

It is anA&E slide topper and all I want to do is change out the material.

Are you talking about a slide topper? Install or replacing material? What brand? Being under spring tension will be the biggest concern. One hour for RV technician.

Material change is not difficult. Make sure to install cotter pin on both springs before removing brackets from slide room. The material slides in an opening on the tube from either end as well as the awning rail mounted on the RV. It is a two person job.
