I have a Monaco Windsor 2004 and a Norcold 1200 refrigerator that will not work. The front panel does not light up. I pulled the cover off the outside exposing the back control panel and tested the 12 v. going in and found it had power. There is a buzzing noise coming from the back control panel when connected to 12 v. that stops when 12v. is disconnected. I tested the ground wire and it also is working okay. I tried reseting the refrig. using the front panel on/off pad and could hear the frig. click when pushing the on/off and holding for 15 seconds and could agin hear a noise when repressing the on/off button but the panel still did not light up. Anything else to try before taking it to a dealer?

There are fuses on the circuit board. The wiring needs to be disconnected from the board and the cover removed to gain access.

After a hard fought battle by both sides I was able to remove the cover from the control panel and found that both fuses checked out okay. Anythng else I can do?

Take to a Norcold Service Center. Also make sure your Norcold has been checked for recalls.
