Hi Steve,
We have a 2001 Dolphin with the Ford 310 which we bought new in 2002. It currently has 62000 miles on it.
We have had it serviced regularly and added a Banks in 2006. We have new tires and most fluids have been replaced as required. We have thought about a new MH, but with the economy, and the way the Dolphin is running(seems better than when new) on this trip that we are going to keep it awhile longer.

My question is, are there any major issues or concers that we should be aware of on a coach of this make and age? Also what major maintaince areas should we be looking at, etc?

Thanks
Walter Floyd

Keep up the good work and keep RVing. If the tires are good and the roof is sealed you should be in good shape. Do regular visual inspections to be able to identify a problem before it becomes extensive and expensive. Always follow the Ford and National RV Owner's manuals for periodic maintenance. New flooring and furniture has become more common.
