We are going to be an RV soon - had a 40 Coachman

We have a 2008 Georgetown which we bought new, but, are very unhappy with the ac s. They are super noisy and can t hear the TV when they are running. Have had them checked by a RV specialist and told the Dometic are just loud. Also, not much cupboard space in the kitchen. We couldn t even find a place to put our dishes. We are looking to trade for a different RV.

We have a 2002 Georgetown, and we love it. It has been one of the most trouble free motorhomes we have ever had. It is a joy to drive and very comfortable home to be in.

beware of Forest River, enough said. Do your homework because they all have issues but it is the company culture that will get the warranty issues solved or NOT!

Had a Forest River Lexington. Big mistake. Major problems and the factory would never respond. Dealer had it for 3 months for leaking problems and it never got resolved. Finally drove to the factory unannounced and camped til they fixed.

We have a 2003 Windsong class A made by Forest River. Major problems with leaking roof and slides. Slides and storage compartments do not line up as well. Other then that we are verry happy with the RV.

Bought 2006 34 FR Georgetown last year with only 6700 miles on it. It has the three slides-our 12 and 14 year old boys love the room. Regularly camp in snow and no frozen pipes or leaks. Love visability/handling and Ford V10. Improve ride?
